Brock has over 25 years of experience in information management and technology. Brock Kahanyshyn was formally the AVP and Chief Information Officer with the University of Calgary. Other previous roles held by Brock include Chief Information Officer with the Edmonton Police Services, Chief Technology and Strategy Officer with Acrodex, and Vice President, National Hosting and Western Canadian Operations with Bell Canada.
For the past five years, Brock has been appointed on the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Computer Crime and Digital Evidence Committee (CCDE). The IACP CCDE Committee assists U.S. Federal Protection Agencies and Law Enforcement and Policing Agencies on Cybercrime, Cybersecurity and Digital Evidence initiatives.
