Dawn oversees the program management work of the Alliance, monitoring funding management operations and ensuring a high standard of administration for the Alliance’s funding activities.
Dawn has worked in the delivery of economic development funding programs since 2001. She joined the Alliance from Innovate BC, where she worked in initiatives that support the tech and innovation sector of British Columbia. At various points, she was responsible for leading talent-related initiatives, managing partnership agreements, delivering sector-based and academic funding programs, as well as ensuring organizational compliance in the areas of procurement and privacy for a public body.
Dawn graduated with honours from the University of British Columbia where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.
