Elizabeth Lartey has a strong background in research and evaluation through her diverse experiences in conducting research, program evaluation, and advising on research methodology and analysis. Utilizing mixed-methods approaches, she has examined the effectiveness of various interventions and policies in mental health, and community programs. She holds a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Toronto, followed by a Masters of Public Health from the University of Liverpool. Passionate about research, data analysis, and visualization, Elizabeth is constantly seeking innovative ways to depict trends and patterns. She believes that leveraging different tools and techniques can enhance the understanding and communication of complex data. In her role as the Research Intelligence and Assessment Coordinator Elizabeth will be working across the different services on developing metrics and strategies on metric-gathering processes.
