Michael comes to the Alliance from the Alberta Prairies, with over 20 years of experience in IT Operational Process Efficiency, and Improvement. Michael’s personal passions include music, (recording and performing), video podcast (production and posting), cuisine and organic gardening.
Michael’s operational, security and risk experiences include Alberta Health Services (AHS), Alberta Infrastructure Ministry, Alberta Transportation Ministry, BC Clinical and Support Services (BCCSS), Vancouver Fraser Port Authority, Alberta Blue Cross (ABC), Alberta Teachers Association (ATA), Edmonton Police Service (EPS), and Aurora Cannabis Inc.
Michael holds an MBA, with distinction, from Keller Graduate School, a B.Sc. in General Science, and a B.Sc. in Psychology with the University of Alberta. Michael is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and holds the following certifications: CGEIT, CRISC, PMP, PRINCE2®, COBIT, and ITIL.
