Board Secretary
Simisola is a Corporate/Board Secretary with extensive experience supporting Board of Directors and C-level executives to surpass governance objectives, by proffering innovative ideas from her cross border and multi-sectoral experience, helping organizations build an effective governance framework and align with global best practices.
Prior to joining the Alliance, she was the Corporate Secretary and Head of Legal for British Council Nigeria and for over five years before that, she worked with the Legal and Regulatory team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria.
Simisola is a foreign trained lawyer with a master's degree in law and qualification as a Chartered Corporate Secretary.
