The Digital Research Alliance of Canada (the Alliance) Research Intelligence Expert Group (RIEG) is pleased to share the Institutional RDM Strategy Survey Report, based on findings from the Institutional Research Data Management (RDM) Strategy Survey.
The report summarizes institutional RDM strategy development across Canada, including opportunities and barriers to institutional RDM strategy development, and provides recommendations for supporting institutions through the process of developing institutional RDM strategies.
The Institutional RDM Strategy Survey was launched by the Alliance in March 2022. The survey received 92 responses from postsecondary institutions and research institutes eligible to administer funds from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) or Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
