Caitilín O’Hare
Communications Specialist

Caitilín’s background is in Eastern European Studies and Library & Information Science. She has worked in Canada, Belgium, and Ukraine, providing research and information services in law, government, academia, and non-profits.

As a law librarian, she has worked for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and completed a traineeship with the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels. She has also served as an International Election Observer in Ukraine.

She holds an Honours BA in European Studies, Political Science, and History from the University of Toronto, St. Michael’s College, an MI in Library & Information Science from the University of Toronto, and Certificates in Ukrainian Studies from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

She is bilingual in English and French, is learning Ukrainian, and has studied Russian and German.
