The Alliance has recently launched its DRI EDIA Champions pilot project call, a $3.15 million funding opportunity to support a new equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility (EDIA) initiative. This opportunity aims to increase awareness and uptake of the Alliance’s digital research infrastructure (DRI) by equity-seeking groups.
The full description of the call is available here.
Call for Merit Reviewers
The Alliance is recruiting volunteer experts to its Merit Review Committee for the DRI EDIA Champions pilot project.
Details:
- The proposal review process will commence in July/August 2024.
- While the exact time commitment has not yet been determined, we will ensure that the workload is manageable for reviewers.
- We encourage applications from subject matter experts in all fields, disciplines and areas of interest; French and/or English speakers; and individuals from across Canada and internationally who can contribute their expertise to the DRI EDIA Champions Merit Review Committee.
- Though not a requirement, expertise in EDIA, and/or living EDIA experience is considered an asset.
- As a thank you for your expertise and your time, merit reviewers will receive a modest honorarium of $250.
The success of this funding call depends on the participation of experts from the DRI ecosystem to review funding applications. Sign up for the Merit Review Committee here.
